So, Lachlan was in hospital for few days already due to some throat infection and mommy siow have got to make a quick run to the hospital to drop off a few things.

So, I left work earlier and Koay fetched me to her place. We played, laughed and talked to Michael for about one and half hours.

All we did was just let him lie down on his baby-rocking-chair/bed thing and he would crack a smile everytime we calls his name or when we do ugly silly faces to him. 

He's such an easy baby. So handsome.

At one point, we stopped playing with him and watched Knife Fight on Astro. He started baby-talking while watching the TV as well. Wahhh, extreme cuteness I tell you! 

After talking a while, he got tired so he started biting his toys and eyes still focused on TV. 

I bet he's going to be a major food lover when he grows older.

Whole day's stress at work gone. Just because someone looked at me and kept smiling.

Unbelievable what a smile can do to people. 

Keep smiling everyone. Keep smiling :)

It's Wednesday already, guys. More reason to smile bigger and laugh louder.

Whenever his poop doesn't look like the normal ones, whether in size or color, for sure whatsapp got notification.

Most recent one was just yesterday. 

I drove to his office to fetch him for breakfast before work starts. He rushed into his office 2 minutes before I arrive and told me, he needed to go do number 2.

I was playing candy crush while waiting in the car and then I received a whatsapp message. 

Yep, you guessed it right. A photo of his dark long poop in the toilet bowl. Also, to let me know he's done with business and on his way down.

What have I gotten myself into seriously?

I'm sorry I cannot post any of his collection here. It's too disgusting and mind-disturbing. 

Actually, I should have saved all the images he sent to me. I can compile them, have them printed on a photobook and give him for his birthday present. Aiyahhhh! Why I never thought of it before!

Celebrate Love.

This time last year, we were not celebrating Valentine's Day. Actually, we never celebrate Valentine's Day. Just not our kind of thing. Why spend money on a day where most if not all restaurants hike up their price? Why buy gifts for each other when it's just a universal day where everyone celebrates love? 

I think buying gifts for your other half when it's least expected is the best d. Haha.

Anyways, last year at the same time, we were all on CNY Convoy to houses. So, we kinda celebrated this love day with everyone :)

This year, so ngam ngam this love day falls on the same day as the last day of CNY, Chap Goh Meh. This year's last day doesn't feel very special. It doesn't make me wanna go Esplanade and join in the fun of throwing oranges into the sea. I only did it once last year and that was my first and would probably be last. I don't know.. It wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. It was kinda hot and everyone that touches you as you walked past them leaves bits of their sweat with you too. 

But it was very happening and bright and colorful. Quite an experience really.

That Birthday Gift.

As I grow older, I find it less exciting to celebrate the day I was born. 

After hitting the big two five last year, I feel even more reluctant to welcome that day to come. Don't get me wrong. I'm thankful (super!) that I was born and my life is as how God would have want it. I just didn't like the idea of me getting a year older and before I realize it, it's going to be my 30th birthday. That would be a real nightmare.

I'm thankful that I look way younger than my age. It's a gift not everybody has :)

I remembered when I was growing up, most girls always tend to wear/look older than they do, but never for my case. I think even now, if I have a choice to dress like a young girl, I definitely would. 

Anyways, it's like what.. like four more days to my birthday and I feel normal. No hoohaa inside whatsoever.

Then, few days ago, he skyped me and asked that I take a day off on my birthday, which is a Monday (yay! no monday bluess!) and I did, though I didn't wanna like "celebrate" my birthday. 

Then, today, he surprised me with the birthday gift. Definitely not those typical kind of gifts you give to a girl. Actually, he tried to surprise me lah. He tried. Hahaha. 

I love the gift, hun.

Can't wait to use it on Monday :)

Sunday Funday.

Such a long "weekend" it has been.  Sort of. It's like holiday got extended or something. Not that I'm complaining or anything. 

Loving my Sunday so far :)

It has gotta be the weirdest/awkwardest place to swim or take a dip and try to relax. There were like shoppers looking over to our place and staring as we continue to "try" to relax and zone out. Hahaha. But overall, the place very windy and the water was pretty warm. SUPER NICE.

Of course after that we went to Bangkok Lane and wallop away :)

I hope no Monday blues tomorrow..

30 minutes to Khoo's Bowling Competition :)

Usually.

Just a 45 minutes lunch always makes it slightly better. I don't know if its the laughter in between or just the part where he holds my hand and keep them warm.

It's always when I am feeling unwell that he would sacrifice lunch with his colleagues and bring me go for porridge or koay teow th'ng when the former is closed. I'm blessed. 

Blessed even more because mom steamed fish knowing that my throat hurts and now my head is spinning in every direction.

I must be thankful, even being in the most uncomfortable situation.

Luggage Talk.

So we both just had one of the most intense debate-almost-argument about luggage sets.

I found them in Groupon, and they are like RM389 for three sets of hardcase luggages.

So  intense that we ended up laughing and he calling me on the phone to verify if I understood some of the things that he said in Skype. SO FUNNY!

And first time ever, he typed the longest comment/explanation/story ever in my whole entire of 4-5 years of knowing him! *claps* And seriously, that clap is not sarcastic. It's just good to know that luggage makes you talk, or money, or just me buying something online. Hah.

Oh, how I love you so :)

Two Noobs Go Spa.

About a month or so ago, we decided to help Andrew make a video. A video on L.O.V.E. and death and proposal and stuff. I still remember when he first asked me through Facebook, I said no immediately and then he continued saying that he needs us because we are already a couple. So, I went to ask Koay and suprisingly he said, "OK!" without thinking deeply. Haha. I was a bit reluctant cos I do not act or want to be in video shooting stuff. I'm more like a watch-the-video-kind. Well, Koay is also like that but he mentioned to me that it would be a new adventure that we get to explore and do it together. And afterall, it's not really acting because we are really together.

So yeah.. we did the video and crossing our fingers that we would win first place or at least top three, so that we would get the spa and *coughs*MYBLACKBERRY*coughs*

BUT NO. WE DID NOT WIN. WE DID NOT LOSE EITHER.

THEY STRAIGHT CANCEL THE WHOLE CONTEST!
There goes my hope of getting the Blackberry from Andrew. Gah..

Yeap, after all participating members submit their videos and they just gave them this.

JUST A SPA FOR TWO.

Can you believe it? Andrew then emailed them to let them know how disappointed and they cannot do this and bla bla. They just replied, "Sorry for any inconvenience caused!" It's like WHAT? Poor Andrew. He was very into this whole shoot and spent quite a lot of moolahs in it. So, when Andrew got this spa thing, he didn't want to go so he gave it to both of us! Nah, ANDREW CHAN WEI KIN! Here's your credit! Hahaha! THANK YOUUU! :)

The voucher also hold terbalik. We were looking forward to the massage after a long working week.

Anyways, after Koay reminded me, we made an appointment on Saturday noon and I went googling to see what was included in this package worth RM660.

Ultimate Spa Packages (2 hours)

- 45mins massage (done by two Filipino women)
- Body Scrub/ Body Mask (did not manage to see the product used)
- Jacuzzi with European Herbal Bath (I cannot believe they actually say EUROPEAN HERBAL BATH! Hello, we saw a bottle of Tesco Body Shampoo or something okay. Green color and looked like a dishwashing soap!)
- Footbath (Definitely nothing near a bath! Just put in hot water for few minutes and scrub here and there..)

We were supposed to be completely nude for the massage and jacuzzi dipping. But no thanks. So, we asked them for towels. Haha. This kind of spa is perfect for married couples. NOT US for sure! Anyways, we sat in the jacuzzi for a good 40 minutes WITH TOWELS, sipping away carbonated papaya juice (yuck much!) and talked and laughed and relaxed. The massage was okay. We went home feeling hmm.. feeling that our body was gonna ache the next day. And true enough when we woke up next day, manyak sakit.

Will we go back there for this kind of spa?

Nope. Totally not worth the money.

RM330 per person.

Take that money go Hatyai for shopping and full body massage and eat non-stop better.

And that was our Saturday noon. Quite fun experiencing new things like that together. And we love love love love LOVE their garden themed restaurant. *grins*

Friday Fever.

Today feels so good.

It's like one of the best Friday ever since chapter work started.
No idea why.

Fells a bit lazy la but still have that excited-fun-let's-go-crazy-kind-of-feeling.

Reflecting on my one year being with somebody, somebody who's 100% mad-der than me, bigger-eater than me, fatter than me, kind-er than me and louder than me, it is a ride on a rollercoaster.

The thing about this ride is that I never know when we will be at that sudden drop. And sometimes I hate that part, that sudden drop and your whole heart left you for few seconds kind. But then again, what is a great ride without those exciting spontaneous drop every once in a while right? Oh well..

Looking forward to dinner date with him tonight, even if it's going to just a short one :)

Even if it's acting for the video sake, it definitely felt pretty real to me at one point.

I can imagine the question being asked and without us having to rehearse on it.
I can imagine not focusing on the details and people around us when he ask.

Him: Yeah.. Why..?

Me: I wonder what would people say about us hor.. *touches his face with one side eyebrow raised*
